Project Manager
Luke is a skilled journeyman carpenter who takes pride in guiding projects from first concept to final finish. He brings a steady, detail‑driven approach to every job, backed by a deep toolkit and a passion for doing things the right way. Outside of work, he serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and spends his downtime with his dog, Waylon.
Vadym
Apprentice
Vadym is an apprentice who brings curiosity, focus, and a strong work ethic to every task. He values the constant learning the trade offers and stays active outside of work through rock climbing, gym training, and time spent with animals.
Wyatt
Apprentice
Wyatt is an apprentice who thrives on hands‑on work and learning practical skills. He takes pride in seeing a project through and standing back to appreciate the finished result. Off the job site, he enjoys board games and trips to Dairy Queen.
Francoise
Project Manager
Francoise brings 23 years of hands-on trade experience to our team, backed by his National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation. He specializes in finish carpentry and cabinetry, with a keen eye for the fine details that complete a project with precision and care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, hunting, and fishing with his family.
